At Heyday Coffee Co., we want you to love everything you receive from us. If you’re unhappy with a product, please don’t hesitate to Contact Us — we’re here to help!
Return & Exchange
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on food products. Even if you send something back to us, we would need to discard it for quality and food safety reasons.
Replacement & Refund
If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer the following options within 30 days of your order:
- Try Something Different: We can send you another coffee or tea that better suits your taste. Just let us know your preferences, and we’ll help you choose a more suitable option (up to one 12-oz bag of coffee or 3-oz pouch of tea)
- Full Refund for First-Time Customers: If you’re a first-time customer and prefer not to try a replacement, you can request a full refund instead (up to one 12-oz bag of coffee or 3-oz pouch of tea)
We have a 'Fair's Fair' policy to cover other instances:
- If the issue is our fault (e.g. we shipped the wrong product or grind), we will cover the cost to make it right
- If the issue is yours (e.g. an incorrect address or unclaimed package), the responsibility will be yours
- If an issue arises beyond either of our control (e.g. lost or damaged shipment), let’s work together to find the best solution
