Shipping policy

We roast coffee every weekday, with the exception of national holidays. When your coffee order is placed, it goes directly into the roasting queue and will be roasted, packed, and handed over to the carrier within 0-3 business days. Tea orders are measured and packed on the same schedule as coffee orders.

We most often hand over shipments to the carrier next business day, but your order could take a bit longer to get out the door during busier times of the year and on Mondays as we work through the weekend backlog. If you have not received your order within 10 days, we recommend checking your order tracking link to find out where the holdup might be.

We ship nationwide to all 50 States from our facility in California and select between USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on delivery address, rates, and carrier availability. International shipping and shipping to US Territories or Minor Outlying Islands is not available at this time.

We include carbon-neutral shipping on every orders through our partnership with Shopify Planet. Additionally, most of our consumable products are shipped in curbside recyclable mailers and boxes.

We don't have control of how fast the carrier will deliver, but we typically find that orders within the Continental US are delivered within 2-5 days after handover. Please allow extra delivery time in the event of natural disasters, outbreaks, strikes, or other difficult circumstances.
