Cancellation policy

When you subscribe, you'll receive regular deliveries based on the schedule you choose. Your payment details are securely stored in Shopify, and unless you prepay, you’ll be charged for each order when it’s placed.

Typically, our subscription system will auto-add recurring subscription orders to the production queue during the early morning hours on the day of the order.

Weekly Subscriptions: If you choose a weekly schedule (e.g., every 1, 2, 3, or 4 weeks), your orders will repeat on the same day of the week as your first order.

Monthly Subscriptions: If you choose a monthly schedule, your orders will repeat on the same day of the month as your first order. But, if that day isn't available in a shorter month, your order will be processed on the last day of the month.

If you’d like to make changes to or cancel your subscription, you can do so anytime. To access your subscription portal, login to your Shopify account on our website or use the Manage Subscription link provided in your Upcoming Subscription Order emails.
